Which countries offer purchasing and forwarding services?

Currently, we support local purchasing and forwarding from the USA, Mexico, Germany, Australia, the UK, Turkey, Dubai, South Africa, Brazil, Japan, Malaysia, and Russia.
What methods are used for forwarding?

Depending on the quantity, weight, and time requirements of the goods, TOP offers two methods: one is through international couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., for picking up and forwarding from the warehouse; the other is via regular air freight for import and forwarding in a general trade manner.
How long does forwarding take?

The forwarding time varies significantly due to different customs policies and logistics conditions in different countries. Generally, forwarding from Germany via DHL, FedEx, or other international couriers takes about 8-15 days, while regular air freight import takes around 9 days. For the USA and Australia, it takes about 15 days. For Japan and Korea, it takes around 8 days.
Can you guarantee that the parts are genuine original manufacturer parts?

Absolutely guaranteed
First Guarantee: We have cooperated with local distributors in the destination procurement countries for many years, with contractual obligations and regular evaluations of procurement channels.
We have selected professional online channels with extensive SKU coverage and high reputation through multiple verifications on overseas professional after-sales websites.
Second Guarantee: We can provide images, outer packaging, and other details for pre-confirmation of specific categories. For clients with unique needs who require offline purchases, we provide purchase receipts and photos for matching.
Third Guarantee: Generally, in Europe, the USA, Australia, Japan, and even South Africa, it is very difficult to encounter counterfeit goods due to the maturity and integrity of the market. What are the costs?

Forwarding fees vary by country due to different customs policies and logistics conditions.
In addition to the handling fee for purchasing and forwarding, which is charged per invoice, other costs are based on actual expenses (e.g., goods value, customs duties and VAT, domestic courier fees, etc.).
After receiving the order amount, we will start the procurement process. Before each forwarding, a quote will be provided to the customer for confirmation before proceeding with procurement and forwarding.
Based on experience, we particularly recommend that clients purchase quantities of 15 items or more (depending on the value of the goods) as it may be the most economical.
Can I return items if I realize I made a mistake after placing the order?

Yes, returns are possible.
Once an order is placed, the shopping website enters the preparation process and cannot modify the order. Returns can only be processed after the goods arrive at the overseas warehouse and are sorted out.
If the items have already been shipped from the overseas warehouse, returns are not possible.
Returns incur costs regardless of the method, so please confirm all models before the order is officially placed.
Does TOP’s door-to-door service include customs clearance procedures and fees on both sides?

Yes, it includes customs clearance procedures and fees.
TOP is responsible for customs clearance services in both the exporting and importing countries. If there are duties or VAT, we will advance these costs and collect them from the customer.
For example, in Europe, such as Germany, if the total value of a single package exceeds €800, it must be declared to customs. In China, if the value of a sample exceeds RMB 350 (USD 50), customs duties and VAT are required.
What is the ordering time, and can it be guaranteed?

Generally, the procurement and transportation time for our service is within 4 to 6 weeks (Door to Door), from the order placement to delivery to the customer after customs clearance. Historically, our order fulfillment rate is 98%.

1. We only work with suppliers who have stock available globally or can deliver through stock transfers, ensuring fast and timely delivery.

From which airports can samples enter the country?

In theory, samples can enter China from any international airport. However, TOP recommends the following airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) for the Yangtze River Delta region, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG).
What is the free storage period at the local warehouse, and can I ship in batches to different locations?

You can use the warehouse to box and ship to different domestic addresses or in batches.
The local free storage period is 10 days. Beyond that, a fee of 3 euros/dollars per package per day (not exceeding) will be charged. For specific standards, please consult customer service.
Will my company’s information and order details be leaked to other clients or even competitors?

Absolutely not.
We hold professional ethics as a core principle, directly linking it to employee performance. Any breach will result in company disciplinary actions and may even involve legal responsibility.
We understand that ordered samples often pertain to vehicle models and markets that your company is preparing to cover and dominate, making them commercial secrets. Under no circumstances will we disclose any information, especially order details, to third parties.
